Here are answers to some of our most common questions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!

1. Can I modify or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. However, once the order has been dispatched (usually at the end of the business day), modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Check your order status in your account or contact us promptly at service@costcoi.com with your order number. We’ll review it and let you know right away if changes are still possible.

2. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package anytime:

  • On our website using your order number, or
  • Directly on the courier’s official website (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

If you haven’t received the tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept PayPal, Apple Pay, or other digital wallets at this time. All transactions are securely processed.

4. Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied? Yes! We want you to love your purchase. Please refer to our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, process, and conditions. Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided they’re in original condition. Defective items may qualify for repair or replacement under our 1-year limited warranty.

5. How can I get updates on promotions and new arrivals? Sign up for our newsletter at checkout or on our website homepage. You’ll receive regular updates on exclusive offers, new products, sales, and special promotions—straight to your inbox.

6. I have a question that’s not answered here. How can I contact you? Our friendly customer support team is here to assist you. Please email us at service@costcoi.com with your order number (if applicable), full name, and a clear description of your question. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
